Do I have to pay anything when I return something?

No, you do not have to pay at the point you send your return to us. We provide you with a prepaid shipping label and once we've received your return, a postage contribution per parcel will be deducted from your refund depending on your chosen return courier: Royal Mail (Tracked 48) £2.99 / Evri £1.99

We've also recently introduced the option to return for FREE when you choose a refund via SilkFred store credit. You'll find this option when logging your returns.
