How do I return an item if I am outside the UK?
• Go to My Account to view your order.
• Follow the instructions to request a return.
• We will provide you with a return address for all your items. Please use your preferred courier to return the item to us. International returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.
• Please include all paperwork and ensure your order number, full name and email address are inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
• If your items were delivered in multiple parcels, please consolidate them into a single package, including all paperwork, for the return.
• You will need to fill out a CN22 form and mark the parcel as a return on the outside of the parcel, as it's likely to get to us quicker
Please dispatch it back to us using your preferred courier. We recommend using a tracked service so you can trace your parcel. Your refund will be processed approximately 5- 10 business days from the date of receipt.
