How do I return my order?
• Go to My Account to view your order.
• Follow the instructions to request a return within 14 days of receipt
• We will then email you a returns label, please print and attach it to your parcel. You then have a further 14 days to return.
• Take to your nearest drop off point and don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed - this usually takes 5-10 business days from receipt.
We offer subsidised returns to all UK-based customers. A postage contribution per parcel will be deducted from your refund depending on your chosen return courier: Royal Mail (Tracked 48) £2.99 / Evri £1.99
